INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency. There are currently over 44 Member Associations with over 10,500 professionals participating as members of INSOL International.

INSOL also has ancillary groups that represent the judiciary, regulators, lenders and academics. These groups play an invaluable role within INSOL and provide valuable forums for discussions of mutual problems.

Their site was almost archaic and they required a full redevelopment to assist with capturing membership registrations, payments, event registrations and controlled access to their document library. As well as a full redesign, they also needed a bespoke CRM to improve the handling of volumes of individual’s details

Deliverables

As part of the redesign and brand development, we included a brand new membership subscription feature along with intelligent event registration. The site is built in PHP and using MySql, fully bespoke, with the ability for INSOL to edit text and images quickly and easily. It also now has it’s own eCommerce system throughout the site with member properties that they can edit themselves – this drastically helps everyone use the website on their own providing automation and has reduced manual administration by some 75%

Results

INSOL International now have full visibility and automation of new membership subscriptions and renewals. Members having the ability to update their own details and preferences has cut much administration time allowing the business to focus on the quality of content, new business and event production

The new design has elevated the brand inline with the calibre of it’s product and audience. One of the main features that has been added is payment through the site which keeps everything financially under control

Overall, INSOL have their own freedom to delete and include information whenever they like. It’s easier to communicate with the public and give out their important documents to the appropriate member type, whilst outputting a more sophisticated brand

The Event Management team now have one place to publish the programme and event registration with fully automated itineraries, allowing delegates to view sessions, sponsors and speakers online and register online too, again reducing internal administration vastly
