Calibre Quality Care provides person-centred support services that empower individuals to maintain independence and control over their daily lives. They required a redesigned website and a robust Personal Assistant (PA) portal to improve communication, streamline processes, and better serve both clients and staff.

Calibre required two interconnected digital platforms:

1. Public-Facing Website

A modern, professional website that:

  • provides intuitive navigation to key content (About, Services, Support)
  • includes testimonials and real imagery for reassurance

2. PA Portal

A secure, functional system for personal assistants that allows:

Discovery & Planning

We began by understanding Calibre Quality Care’s service model in detail – how care is delivered, how personal assistants work day-to-day, and where administrative friction existed in the current process.

This phase covered both sides of the project:

  • the public-facing website
  • and the internal PA portal system

We mapped user journeys for clients, families, and care staff, ensuring both platforms would support clarity, trust, and operational efficiency from day one.
