Mirius required a redesigned digital platform that could effectively showcase its extensive product range while supporting distributors with faster, smarter access to resources. Alongside the new website, additional tools such as a product chatbot, analytics dashboards, and a wallchart generator were introduced to further enhance usability, insight, and engagement.

Mirius needed a website that could clearly present its product range while supporting distributors with quick access to key information. The existing experience lacked the structure and functionality needed to efficiently navigate products and resources, particularly for users needing fast access to safety data and documentation.

There was also an opportunity to go beyond a standard website by introducing smarter tools that could simplify how distributors find information, generate useful materials, and better understand how customers engage with products and resources online.

Mirius wanted to improve not only access to information, but also visibility into customer behaviour and usage patterns to help shape future digital improvements and support priorities.

Our Approach

Discovery & UX Strategy

We focused on understanding distributor behaviour and the need for quick access to product data, SDS sheets, and supporting materials. This informed a user journey centred around speed, accessibility, and reducing friction when searching for information.

Design Direction

A clean, minimal design was introduced to reflect Mirius’ brand values of quality and innovation. The interface ensures content is clearly structured, allowing users to easily navigate between products, resources, and intelligent support tools.

Development & Integrations

The website was rebuilt with a dynamic product catalogue and centralised resource hub. In addition, we developed and integrated Ask Nan, an intelligent chatbot designed to help users quickly find product information and safety data sheets. A custom wallchart generator was also introduced, enabling distributors to create tailored, downloadable resources.
