Their growth has been built on their focus towards quality service, flexibility and most important of all, compliance.

Penguin Pay came to Envious Digital to revamp their branding and create a whole new internet presence, with HubSpot integration to capture those all important leads

The shareholders of the firm re-invested in the company to restructure and position it to a new market. This involved a brave office move to prestigious offices in The City, a recruitment drive for the best internal staff and of course, a new business development strategy

To assist with the new sales and marketing team’s objectives, the head of marketing orchestrated a face lift to the brand and a complete redesign and development, including key messaging, tone of voice and content for the website

Envious were key to the success of this and worked alongside the team to deliver just that

Penguin Pay have grown from strength to strength, with their sales team using the website as a focus point to replace the more traditional brochure leave-behind

With the enquiry forms which are integrated into their sales CRM system, the sales team can easily keep track of new enquiries effectively, and the marketing team can monitor traffic, keep track of performance and adapt to the sales team’s success

The simplicity of the site allows for easy, intuitive navigation, allowing visitors to find the information they want – provoking engagement from prospects
