Calibre Quality Care Ltd is dedicated to providing personalised care services that empower individuals to maintain control over their daily lives. To enhance their online presence and streamline service delivery, we undertook the design and development of their main website, calibrequalitycare.org.uk, and its associated Personal Assistant (PA) portal, paportal.calibrequalitycare.org.uk.

The primary goal was to create an intuitive and informative website that effectively communicates Calibre Quality Care’s services, values, and commitment to person-centred care. Additionally, the PA portal was designed to facilitate seamless interactions between clients and personal assistants, ensuring efficient matching, communication, and streamlined administrative processes.

For the main website, we adopted a clean and professional design that reflects the organisation’s dedication to quality care. The layout is user-friendly, with clear navigation menus directing visitors to essential sections such as “About Us,” “Services,” and “Support.” High-quality images and testimonials are strategically placed to build trust and provide insights into client experiences.

The PA portal was designed with functionality and practicality in mind. In addition to secure login systems and profile management for personal assistants, we integrated a comprehensive timesheet submission feature. This allows personal assistants to log detailed information about their visits to clients, including the time spent, tasks performed, and any observations. The portal also calculates invoices automatically based on the logged hours and predefined rates, significantly reducing administrative workload for both PAs and the organisation.

The development phase emphasised security, scalability, and efficiency. For the main website, we focused on creating a visually engaging experience through modern web animations and interactive elements, moving beyond a simple responsive design. The site’s layout dynamically adapts to user needs by offering engaging transitions, such as section animations, hover effects, and scrolling interactions, making the experience more immersive.

The PA portal’s backend includes a robust timesheet module. Personal assistants can record visit details, including date, time in and out, activities performed, and any additional notes. The system then automatically calculates the total hours and generates invoices, which can be exported or sent directly to the administrative team for processing. These features ensure transparency and save considerable time in managing financial workflows.

The enhanced PA portal has transformed how personal assistants interact with clients and the organisation. The timesheet functionality has streamlined operational efficiency, enabling accurate record-keeping and faster invoicing. Personal assistants find the system intuitive and time-saving, while clients benefit from improved service transparency.

Through thoughtful design and meticulous development, we have delivered digital solutions that align with Calibre Quality Care’s commitment to excellence in personalised care. The main website and PA portal not only enhance the organisation’s online presence but also play a crucial role in improving operational workflows and strengthening relationships between clients and personal assistants.
